3.7.3 Power Management
This category allows you to select the type (or degree) of power saving
and is directly related to the following modes:
• HDD Power Down
• Suspend Mode
There are three selections for Power Management, and they have fixed
mode settings.
3.7.4 Video Off Method
Use this to select the method to turn off the video. The choices are “Blank
Screen”, “V/H SYNC+ Blank”, and “DPMS”.
3.7.5 Video Off In Suspend
When the system is in suspend mode, the video will turn off. The choices
are “No” and “Yes”.
3.7.6 Suspend Type
The choices are “Stop Grant” and “PwrOn Suspend”.
3.7.7 Modem Use IRQ
This determines the IRQ that the MODEM can use.The choices are “3”,
“4”, “5”, “7”, “9”, “10”, “11”, and “NA”.

Saving Mode Function
Min Saving Minimum power management., Suspend Mode = 1
hr., and HDD Power Down = 15 min.
Max Saving Maximum power management., Suspend Mode = 1
min., and HDD Power Down = 1 min.
User Defined
(Default) Allows you to set each mode individually. When not
disabled, each of the ranges are from 1 min. to 1 hr.
except for HDD Power Down which ranges from 1
min. to 15 min., and disabled.
