Product Overview
This chapter provides an overview of Advantech AIIS Vision System module AIIS-
1882, ranging the product lineups, features, driver, utility and accessories.
The AIIS-1882 is a 4-ch lighting control with 12-ch isolated DI/16-ch isolated DO
expansion module. Each lighting control channel contains one trigger input and a
PWM output (for lighting). The programmable delay time, PWM high/low time, and
output lighting duration make it suitable for machine vision applications. All I/O sig

nals are protected by 2,500 VDC isolation circuit.Product Features:

Driver Installation
The driver package could be found on Advantech Support Portal (https://www.advan

tech.com/support). Search for AIIS-1882 on the support portal, then the corre
-
sponded driver/SDK package could be found. You’ll get the XNavi installer after the
download session finishes.
Execute the installer, then it will guide you through the session. You can choose the
device and software components you’d like to install in the system (figure 1.1). After
the selection, click on “start” to begin the installation.
