The DVR can be set up to upload event detected image or video clip on an FTP site when an event occurs.
The
FTP
box displays the FTP site information.
The
Upload File
box displays the file format to be uploaded on the FTP site.
Highlight the
+
and press the button to register a FTP site (max. 5).
Highlight the box beside
Site
and press the button. A list of the
registered FTP sites is displayed. Select an FTP site from the list. If the
Use
setting of the NetFS site is set to other than
ALL
or
Clip-Copy
, you
cannot select the FTP site. You can change the
Use
setting or register other
FTP sites in the
NetFS
setup screen on the
Network
menu.
Highlight the box beside
Upload File
and press the button. You can
select between
CBF
and
JPG
. When selecting
CBF
, the DVR will upload
an event detected video clip on the FTP site. When selecting
JPG
, the DVR
will attach the event detected image file (JPEG format) on the FTP site.
The
Site Info
box displays the FTP site information.
NOTE: For the FTP notification to work properly, the related settings should be configured:

When you delete an FTP site in the
NetFS
setup screen on the
Network
menu, the FTP site in the
FTP
setup
screen on the
Notification
menu will be deleted, too.
If many event occurs during a short period, images may not be uploaded on the FTP site.
The FTP notification is not supported for system events.
If upload fails several times, it deletes the images or video clips.
When the DVR boots, it deletes all images and video clips even if they were not uploaded yet.
JPG
format files will be uploaded even when storage space is not enough.
Schedule

You can add and edit notification schedules on this screen. Highlight the
+
and press the button to add a schedule.
Highlighting the boxes under the
Column
heading and pressing the button allows you to edit the information in those
boxes.
