Accessing the Users screen
NOTE:
This task requires Supervisor-level access.
1.
From the Settings menu, select
Users
.
The system prompts you to log in.
2.
Select the appropriate username from the list and
enter the corresponding password.
NOTE:
If user accounts are not configured, log in
under the Admin account (see “Default user
accounts” on page 36).
The Users screen displays (Figure 43). From here,
you can add, edit, or delete users, as described in the
following sections.

Notice the
Access Level
column on the screen.
This screen is only available to a user with
supervisor access.
3.
When you have finished your activities on the Users
screen, tap
Exit
to return to the Settings menu.
Adding a user
1.
From the Users screen, tap
Add
to set up a new user.
The Add New User screen displays (Figure 44).

2.
Tap the keyboard symbol to the right of the ID entry
field to display a keyboard. Type the ID (username)
for this user; then tap
Enter
.
3.
Tap the keyboard symbol to the right of the
Password entry field to display a keyboard. Type the
password for this user; then tap
Enter
.
4.
Select either
Operator
or
Supervisor
access level for
the user.
5.
Tap
Save
to save the settings for this user.
6.
Tap
Exit
to return to the Users screen.
7.
Repeat step 1 through step 6 for each additional user
you want to add.
Editing a user
1.
From the Users screen, select the user whose
settings you want to change; then tap
Edit
.
The Edit User screen displays. This screen is similar
to the Add New User screen (Figure 44), but the
fields are populated with the current data for the
selected user.
2.
Edit the user ID, password, and/or access level as
appropriate.
3.
Tap
Save
to save the settings for this user.
4.
Tap
Exit
to return to the Users screen.
