How To Talk On The Phone
Talking on the phone can often lead to feedback from your
hearing aid. Follow these steps to have the best phone
experience with the HCZ3.
Step 1
Set the program on your HCZ3 to 4 to
reduce the feedback while on the phone.
Your HCZ3 should make 4 beeps when you
are in the right program.
Step 2
Take your phone and hold it close, being
careful not to press it against the hearing
aid. If feedback occurs try other positions
and volume settings until you find that the
feedback disappears.
Step 3
If feedback is persistent, turn your phone
to the speaker function mode and hold it
a few inches distance from your head. Try
both options to make sure you find the
right one for you.
