1.
Remove side skirt assembly and
verify brush installation and
condition.
2.
Press “i” scroll down to faults and
press “>” button to view faults.
3.
Check if there are external materials preventing the brush from rotating.
1.
Check if the suction hose is
properly installed, not plugged,
or cracked/torn.
2.
Inspect recovery tank float switch
operation.
3.
Check if squeegee blades are
damaged or dirty.
4.
Empty debris basket. Recovery tank
seal cover must be correctly installed,
clean and in good condition. Check
for gasket wear.
1.
Verify proper solution settings for
soil level.
2.
Verify the solution valve is open
and aligned with inlet and outlet
ports of valve.
3.
Verify vacuum filter and screen
are clean.
1.
Check battery charge gauge.
2.
. E-stop icon appears on display
when E-stop switch is engaged.
Twist E-stop switch to enable
machine function.
3.
Check battery cables are
connected.
4.
Recovery tank seal cover must be
correctly installed, clean and in
good condition.
