This position has a recess of about 40 mm (1.575 inch) from the
screw at the front of the shelf.
a) Reinsert two fixing screws (use the two fixing screws removed
from the 19-inch bracket) into the threaded holes.
b) Secure the bracket to the shelf by tightening the screws with a
Torx screwdriver TX20.

Mounting the SH1HU/FIBERMANAGEMENT or the
FMT/1HU into a Rack or Cabinet
This section describes how to mount the SH1HU/FIBERMANAGEMENT Shelf
or the FMT/1HU Shelf into a rack or cabinet (in the following referred to as rack).
For convenience, the SH1HU/FIBERMANAGEMENT and FMT/1HU Shelf are
referred to as the fiber management shelf, with any differences clearly noted in
the following.
The mounting brackets secure the fiber management shelf to the rack.
The following mounting brackets are delivered with the shelf:
•
ETSI brackets, which can also be mounted as 19-inch brackets. The shelf
comes pre-installed with ETSI brackets.
CAUTION
Only Service Personnel are allowed to mount the
SH1HU/FIBERMANAGEMENT Shelf or the FMT/1HU Shelf into a
rack or cabinet.
