4. 

PREPARING THE SYSTEM 

The 927 Water Recycling System is used for recycling the dicing saw 
cutting water. Therefore, preparing the System requires connecting the 
927 System to a dicing saw. 

Preparing and setting the system includes the following actions: 

 

Inspecting the valves orientation (section 4.1) 

 

Filling the water tank with fresh water (section 4.2) 

 

Bleeding air from the pumps (section 4.3) 

 

Checking to ensure there are no water leaks (section 4.4) 

 

Placing the System (section Error! Reference source not found.) 

4.1 

Inspecting Valves Orientation 

Before operating the System, verify the manual (orange) valves are in the 
required orientation. 

 

Remove the upper and lower front covers on both sides of the System. 

 

Verify the valves are oriented as follows: 

 

Pump 1 (P1): 

 

In: open 

 

Out: open 

 

Pump 2 (P2): 

 

In: open 

 

Out: open 

 

Pump 3 (P3): 

 

In: open 

 

Out: open 

 

Filter 1 (F1) (pre-filter): 

 

In: open 

 

Out: open 

 

Manual drain: closed 

 

Filter 2 (F2) (slurry bag-filter): 

 

In: open 

 

To sink tank: open
