If the Reader Is: Then:
Connected by Ethernet
1. At the IP Address
prompt, enter the
reader’s IP address, and
press Enter .
2. At the Gateway prompt,
enter the reader’s
default gateway, and
press Enter .
3. At the Host Bits prompt,
enter value from the
Subnet to Host Bits
Conversion Chart on the
next page, and press
Enter .
4. At the 9600 Baud
prompt, press # (Yes).
