Check the waveform of Pin2 and 3
Check the supply voltage at Pin65,
66, 39, 11, 12, 13.
Check the voltage at Pin80 and 21
Check the waveform of SIF at
Pin67 of IC 601
OK?

See that the sound state is "MUTE"
Check the voltage between
Pin3(13) and GROUND.
Check the waveform between
Pin15 and 14 of IC62.
OK?
YES
Check the waveform at Pin33 of
IC501
Replace Speakers
