Thermal/Cooling Requirements
The CPU, I/O Hub (Southbridge), Super I/O, and voltage regulators are the sources of heat on the board. The
ReadyBoard 620 is designed to operate at its maximum CPU speed of 500 MHz. Only the CPU requires a
heatsink, but no fan.
