XHCI Hand-off
For OS without XHCI hand-off support, with XHCI ownership
change claimed by XHCI driver.
USB Mass Storage Driver Support
Enables/disables USB Mass Storage Driver Support.
USB transfer timeout
Sets timeout value for Control, Bulk, and Interrupt transfers, from
among 1, 5, 10, and 20 sec.
Device reset timeout
Sets USB mass storage device Start Unit command timeout, from
among 10, 20, 30, and 40 sec.
Device power-up delay
Sets the maximum time before the device reports itself to the Host
Controller, with Auto using a default Root port value of 100 ms
with Hub port delay obtained from the Hub descriptor, and Manual
delay range set from 1 to 40 seconds in one second increments.
