TCP Socket
The MCM-204 supports TCP socket communication as a socket
client. Enter the IP address and port number of the remote TCP
socket server. Different analog input channels can be mapped to
different ports. Select
ADD RULE
to add the TCP server to the
Socket Connection List.
The Status column shows the communications status with the cor-
responding TCP socket server. If the socket is disconnected,
select
RE-CONNECT ALL
to re-establish the connection.

After setting the TCP socket connection and creating a DAQ mis-
sion, data generated by the MCM-204 will immediately begin
transmitting to the TCP server side.
