Troubleshooting
Forgot “LOCK” Password For the App
1. Contact ADJ Customer Service for a Master Code.
2. Enter Primary Code as instructed by ADJ Customer Service to unlock the app.
3. Update the LOCK password and save password in a safe place.
Unable To Join the network “Airstream Wifi Bar” Error Message
This error message is displayed on the mobile digital device due to one of these reasons:
1. The WIFI BAR is being controlled by another mobile digital device. Locate the controlling mobile
digital device or reset the Master WIFI BAR to the default Network Name and Password.
2. The WiFi Network Name and/or Network Password have been changed. Reset the Primary WIFI
BAR to the default Network Name and Password.
3. There are NO WIFI BARS that are set as the Primary Bar. Set 1 WIFI BAR to Primary mode.
4. The controlling mobile digital device is out of range from the Primary WIFI BAR. Move the controlling
mobile digital device within 150 feet (45m) of the Primary WIFI BAR.
“Over Load!” and “Please relaunch App!”
Error Messages
These error messages are displayed on the mobile digital device due to one of these
reasons:
1. A device connected to one of the outlets (A-H) is drawing over the 8A / 960W maximum load.
Remove
the device, reset the Power / Reset switch on the WIFI BAR, and relaunch the app.
2. A combination of multiple devices connected to the WIFI BAR is drawing over the 15A / 1800W
maximum load. Remove all devices, reset the Power / Reset switch on the WIFI BAR, and relaunch
the app. Carefully check/confirm the max power consumption of each device before connecting to
WIFI BAR. Make sure not to exceed the maximum load rating for the WIFI BAR.
