Preparation and use of the stadiometer
This symbol means: "Consult operating instructions". To achieve accurate
results, read the instructions for use carefully before use and follow all
instructions provided therein. Keep the instructions for use for future reference.
Your ADE portable stadiometer is a quality product. In order to achieve best possible results
please follow the instructions carefully.
Safety information:
Inspect parts for damage before putting them together. Do not use devices in case of damage
due to risk of injury.
Operation and assembly
1. Remove the four upright inserts and unlock the head rest from its secure carrying
position in the base plate by sliding it forward and remove the stabilizers (wall distance
pieces) from their storage place.
2. Slot the uprights firmly together and check that the bottom section (marked with an
arrow) sits firmly in the base slot and that the symbols
