OCR 

OPTIONS / OCR 

Activate OCR layer by filling in the checkbox. Select your OCR MODE and OCR ENGINE (if you have 

several installed engines) for performing character recognition:

Select MRZ ONLY mode to get the data of the MRZ field from any ICAO-9303 standard document. 

•

 

Select ADVANCED mode to read data from MRZ and VIZ fields too.

Select your OCR ENGINE, if you have several installed engines. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ADVANCED mode increases processing time.
