Installation Guide

Before installing the Adaptec Fibre Card 9210LP driver, Solaris 
should be installed.

Login as 

root

.

Turn off volume manager by typing:

#/etc/init.d/volmgt stop

 

Press 

Enter

. Insert the Adaptec Fibre Channel Drivers disk in 

your floppy disk drive.

Type:

# mount -r -F pcfs /dev/fd0a /mnt

 

# cp /mnt/AFC9XXX_tar.Z /tmp

# uncompress /tmp/AFC9XXX_tar.Z
