In Figures

, the controllers are configured in an active-

active dual-port mode with the internal hubs enabled. Two hosts
are connected via two independent loops using the enclosure’s
built-in hub bypass circuits. These circuits provide two internal
hubs, eliminating the need for the use of external FC hardware,
other than the cables.
