lead to the breakage of the gear-wheel of the gear case and the parts of
the engine. Slow down the engine and disconnect it from the auger bit. Set
the pivot of appropriate diameter into the hole of pin – release the auger
bit turning it back.
1. Let engine warm for at least 1 min.
2. Press or release throttle lever to get desired rpms. If the engine reduce
rpms on load, adjust the position of throttle lever.
Important!
Do not work without workmate. Otherwise it can lead to the
damages. Avoid running at high rpms for long periods. The unit needs time
for lubricant to get to all internal parts. Do not run the motor at high rpms
without load.
STOPPING
1. Release throttle to idle speed.
2. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
Note:
When storing for long periods, remove all fuel from the gas tank. Do
not leave the gas tank at an angle. The pressure inside the tank can cause
the gas to spill out. The gas can spill out on the hot parts of the engine. it
can lead to the flame development.
AIR FILTER
The air filter must be free of dust and dirt to avoid:
1. Carburettor problems
2. Startup problems
3. Reduced engine power
4. Excessive wear of engine parts
5.Abnormal fuel consumption. Clean the air filter daily, or more often
when working in a dusty area.
AIR FILTER CLEANING
Remove the air filter cover and filter.Wash it in warm soap solution. Before
reassembling, check that the filter is dry and not damaged. If the filter has
damages, it’s necessary to replace it. The air filter may not be completely
cleaned when washing and drying. Therefore, it should be regularly re-
placed with a new one.
