INTRODUCTION

This bulletin covers the total quality inspection (TQI) of the 2020 NSX. It includes these procedures:

1. Install the Fuses
2. Remove the Center Console and Door Panel Protective Coverings
3. Release Shipping Mode
4. Fit Vehicle on a Lift
5. Inspect the Underbody
6. Check the 12-Volt Battery
7. Check the Brake Fluid Level, and Top Off the Windshield Washer Fluid
8. Make Sure the Trunk and Auto Pop Up Main Switches Are Set to ON
9. Make Sure Auto Pop Up and Smart Access Work
10. Check Trunk Operation
11. Check the Tire Repair Kit
12. Check the Tool Kit
13. Make Sure the Electric Parking Brake Works
14. Check the Wheel Bolt Torque
15. Set the Tire Pressures
16. Fuel the Vehicle
17. Initialize the TPMS
18. Check the Engine Oil Level on the Dry Sump Lubrication System
