Connect the 12 VDC power supply cable
by inserting the plug into the power
inlet. Make sure the power cable is
locked securely to the mating part.
5.
Mount the safety switch in an
appropriate location that would disable
power to the unit when accessing it. The
switch can be mounted in any location.
Optimum placement would be behind
an access door, panel or cover.
6.
Connect the unit to a 12 VDC negative
ground electrical power source (see
diagram). It’s recommended to connect
it to a circuit that is turned on and off
by the vehicle to prevent the unit from
being left on and running the vehicle
battery down.
