Re-starting Your
BuddyBand2
(Reboot)
If your
Activ8rlives
BuddyBand2
appears to have a fault on it you can reboot (reset) it.
First, upload your
Activ8rlives
BuddyBand2
to the
Activ8rlives
App so that you do not loose your data.
With the
USB charging cable
connected to a USB charging port, place the
Activ8rlives
BuddyBand2
against the
charger the
WRONG WAY AROUND
. The magnetic coupling is designed to resist this, so you may need to
apply a gentle but firm pressure.
When contact is made, a green light appears on the
Activ8rlives
BuddyBand2,
the unit reboots and the A8
logo appears briefly.
The
Activ8rlives
BuddyBand2
will then connect to your Smartphone or Tablet as usual, and will download
today’s step count, date etc., so that you do not need to re-pair to is.

unit will then reboot.
