Measuring of direct current is influenced by “DC
magnetization of the core” due to the stray
magnetic fields. Therefore, it must sometimes
make even the reset switch range (Current
probe 5/50A). This is done in digital ammeter in
Multi-Diag Scope or:
a) Current probe 5-50A
press the reset button right on the current probe
(pos 1)
b) Current probe 500A
turning the button directly on the current probe.
(pos 2)
At the time of resetting the jaw must be closed
and the current probe must be outside the wire.
