Electric Reheat Lock-Out
While the system is still operating in “Dehumidification Mode”. Activate Mechanical Cooling.
Do Not change the Humidity Setpoint on the Humidistat. Simply adjust the cooling setpoint to
approximately four degrees below the current indoor temperature. After the short delay, the unit will
sequence on, start cooling. Notice: system did not turn off. The Only change that occurred is “Heater
turned off”.

Economizer Cooling Start
If using a standard thermostat, Set the Control to ON, Mode to Cooling, Fan to Auto (other controls,
set appropriately for cooling mode).
Adjust the cooling setpoint to approximately two degrees below the current indoor temperature. After
the initial start-up delay (.3 to 5 minutes), the unit will sequence on, start cooling. The damper will
modulate to maintain 55ºF mixed air temperature, thru the supply.
