3.3. Installing ACS Smart Card and Reader Tool
ACS Smart Card and Reader Tool is the integration of the ACR38U (CCID) reader tool and different
card tools into one utility program, enabling the user to perform smart card reader and card-related
commands.
This tool requires having at least Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed in the computer.
