A1 GENERALITY
A1.1 Purpose of PuliFIL
PuliFIL is a self-cleaning protection filter equipped with a semi-automatic cleaning system having a
filtering mesh with a standard 89-micron filtration degree. PuliIFL is designed for filtering water
intended for human consumption.
PuliFIL protect hydraulic distribution systems and piping against damage caused by small amount
of impurities such as pebbles, rust scales and other kind of oxides, metal trimmings with a
maximum size of 2 mm.
PuliFIL is not suitable for filtration of water containing:
x
Big amount of sand and/or silt.
x
Coarse bodies greater than 2 mm.
x
Chemicals (oils, fats, solvents, scids, bases, glycols).
