Step
The WiFi Remote will guide you through the process of setting up the
remote to control each device in your home entertainment system. Just
follow the on-screen help text and instructions through the following steps.
Select
manufacturer
Short cut: Enter the first letter of your manufacturer’s name using the number keys on the WiFi
remote—they work the same way as the number keys on a cell phone for entering letters.
Press the
Options
soft key;
select “Start
search”
Press SEL to
save the code
Once you save a code, the remote screen asks if you want to add more
devices. When you select
No
from the final remote setup screen, the WiFi
Remote exits the setup routine.
The first screen in the remote setup asks you to
select the kind of device you want to control. Use
the remote’s arrow keys to highlight the first kind
of device you want to control, and press SEL to
select it.
Note: The remote setup has help screens that guide
you along the process of setting up the remote to
control each device. Use the down arrow key to
read the rest of the help message when it’s on screen.
Then, press the soft key under the on-screen Ok item
when you’ve finished reading the message.
Press the
Stop
soft key when
your device turns
on or off
