Safety Instructions

Prohibition
1. This product is for family and office use. Do not use it for other purposes.
2. Please make sure the power cable are not damaged before use and do not bend or pull the power cord to
avoid poor contact. If the power cable is damaged, it must also be replaced by authorized repair personnel
in order to avoid danger.
3. Before use, please check if the voltage matches the label on the product and do not use the universal
electrical outlet with other electrical appliances at the same time.
4. Switch off the power before unplugging the plug. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands to prevent
the danger of electric shock.
5. To avoid danger, please place the product on a flat surface (the tilt angle of the surface should not be more
than 10°).
6. Stop using the product when the inlet water temperature or ambient temperature is below 5°C or above 38°C.
7. After taking higher temperature water or taking lower temperature water immediately, the water
temperature may be higher when it just comes out. Please use it carefully to avoid burns.
8. When the tap water used does not meet the government's tap water standards (e.g., large sediment content,
TDS exceeds the standard), the filter life of this product may be shortened as a result.
9. This product is not intended for use by users (including children) with physiological, perceptual, mental
ability, experience or knowledge deficiencies unless used safely under the supervision or guidance of the
person responsible for their safety.
10. Unplug the power plug if this product is not used for an extended period of time. Especially when there
are emergencies such as thunder and lightning, earthquakes or fires, please switch off the power and
unplug the power plug immediately.
11. This product only requires external cleaning and maintenance; do not clean the surface with rough cleaning
tools, and do not rinse it with water directly.
12. This product may not be repaired or modified by repairers who are not authorized by our company. If you
discovered any abnormalities such as noises, smoke or strange odors, please switch off the power
immediately, unplug the power plug and contact customer service personnel.
13. Please refer to the company information at the end of this manual on how to contact customer service.
14. This product has been tested before leaving the factory. If there is some vapor inside the product, it is a
normal phenomenon.
15. Please be sure to use filters from original manufacturer to ensure stable quality and product warranty.
1. Do not move the product at will. If you need to move it for any reason, please empty the water in the
tank before moving it.
2. Do not add turbid tap water, ice cubes or other liquids such as milk, juice, etc., to the water tank.
3. Do not put the water outlet deep inside the cup when receiving water to avoid the danger of the water
outlet being blocked by hot water.
4. Do not suspend the water container. Place it on a flat surface.
