11. Pry to detach the adhesive tape underneath the RTC battery. Then remove the RTC
battery (I) ( Figure 1-55 ).
12. Disconnect the eDP cable from the mainboard connector (J) ( Figure 1-55 ).
13. Disconnect the speakers cable from the mainboard connector (K) ( Figure 1-55 ).
14. Remove seven (7) screws (L) securing the mainboard in place ( Figure 1-55 ).

15. Release the mainboard from the top assembly and then remove ( Figure 1-56 ).
