Periodic Cleaning Procedure
It is best to clean your unit when the product load
is at its lowest level. To clean the interior or
exterior cabinet surfaces, the following procedure
is recommended:
1. Disconnect your unit from its power supply and
remove all food products from inside the
drawers.
2. Allow the cabinet to reach room temperature.
Remove drawers. Use a sponge to wash the
interior, exterior, and accessories with a baking
soda and warm water solution. Rinse
thoroughly with clear water and dry with a soft
clean cloth.
3. Return all accessories to their respective
positions and reconnect electric power supply
to the unit.
4. Energize unit and allow appropriate amount of
time to reach normal operating temperature
before returning food product to display case.
Important Note:
Failure to dry all surfaces
completely may cause water stains or
streaking on stainless steel finish.
