Overview
ACD-10209 is a comprehensive design to support the main stream Varian tools
(such as E200/E220/E220HP; E500/E500HP). It changes the Varian infrared
signals into LCD analog resistive touch screen to replace the touch screens on
the Varian semiconductor tools seamlessly, just few simple plug and play steps,
and still fully compatible with all original functions, users feel no difference at
all on all operation procedures.
