5. Jamming
Facing a jamming event
To ensure that the equipment operates with optimal performance as
well as to prevent jamming, avoid the following:

Counting bent or damaged coins or tokens

Counting any type of foreign object like clips, staples, paper, nylon,
rubber bands, etc.
If any jamming occurs, the equipment will stop counting and will move
the turning plate in reverse to remove the coin or object jammed inside
the mechanism. If the equipment was not able to remove the jammed
object by itself, proceed as follows.
