Possible cause Solution
Batteries are dead. Insert new batteries.
Temperature is too cold. Move somewhere warmer and repeat test.
Display is damaged. Call the ACCU-CHEK Customer Care service center.
Meter is defective. Call the ACCU-CHEK Customer Care service center.
