STEP 1
: A;ach the top plates to the drive and non-drive legs, as per
above. Using M8 x 12 bolt. Do not ?ghten the bolts up at this stage.
STEP 2:
A;ach the top frame to each leg as per above using the M6 x 8 bolt. Use the
screw glide to help you guide the screw in through the beam. Note– may need to un-
do the tension screws in the middle of the top frame to allow it to extend.
STEP 3:
Place the leg plates on the legs then a;ach the feet to legs using the M6 x
25 bolts as per above.
STEP 4:
Place desk top upside down on a clean flat surface. Then slide the DUO leg frame assembly on to the
desk top as per above. Align the holes in the leg top plates with the holes on each end of the desk top.
STEP 5:
Adjust the drive rod to suitable length then a;ach it the
each leg as per above.
STEP 6:
A;ach the DUO frame assembly to the desk top using the M6 x 20 bolts. (2 per leg top
frame and 2 per top frame) then ?ghten up the bolts that a;ach the leg top plates to the legs.
STEP 7:
A;ach the transformer to the desk top as per above , using the pan head wood screws.
A;ach the switch to the front of the desk top, LH or RH side using the CSK wood screws. Run the
switch wire under the top frame through the slot in the desk top, then connect it to the trans-
former.
STEP 8: A;ach the cable clips to the desk top using the M6 x 30 cap screws. A;ach the
motor cable to the motor then to the transformer, group leA over wire under the cable
clips.
STEP 9: Rotate the desk into upright posi?on by liAing the front of the desk. Then install the cable
port as per above.
