USAGE
The total charging capacity of the Dual USB Charger is 3.4 amps (3.4A) shared by
both USB ports. During charge, most tablets draw 2.1A or 2.4A of power. Most
smartphone will draw 1.0A of power. When a smartphone, tablet or other USB
chargeable device is plug into any of the USB ports, the device will only draw the
amperage needed. If two tablets are plugged in, each drawing 2.1A, the tablets will
charge at a rate of 1.7A each, or about 80% of full speed. The Dual USB Charger
is optimized to charge a smartphone and tablet simultaneously at 100% full-speed.
The USB cable used a USB charger plays an important role in how quickly a
device charges. Thin or low-cost aftermarket USB cables may use small,
undersized wire and unable to supply a charge at full-speed. When possible, use
the USB cable supplied with your device, or a USB cable designed for charging.
An illuminated Blue
LED indicates that the USB charger is receiving power. While
plugged in and with power to the outlet (check for a light switch controlling the
outlet), if LED is not glowing, the charging function may be disabled. Unplug and
discontinue use of the Charging Kit and contact Accell Customer Service.
To add an adapter: Retract (close) the 2 plugs on the main body (USB adapter).
Slide the adapter down, with the adapter’s plugs facing out, onto the side opposite
of the two USB ports. Once in place, the adapter will stop sliding, and will be flush
at the top to the main body (USB adapter). To remove, pressing the bottom of the
adapter with your thumb, push it up in the opposite direction that it was installed.

LIMITED 1-YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
Accell warrants the Home or Away USB Charging Kit (the “Product”), if used in
accordance with all instructions, to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for 1-Year to the original purchaser. Accell will repair or replace the
Product, in its sole discretion, a Product is found to be defective and which
qualifies under this Limited Warranty. In the alternative, and in its sole discretion,
Accell may reimburse You if Accell finds the Product to be defective and qualifying
under this Limited Warranty. More warranty details as well as service under this
Limited Warranty can only be obtained by contacting Customer Accell Service.
