the United States. The use of PCT, PDW, ALY and LIC should be restricted to research
and Investigational measurements only.
Important: Expected values will vary with sample population and/or geographical
location. It is highly recommended that each Laboratory establish its own Normal
ranges based upon the local population!

The Accuracy performance was proven by comparing the Pentra 80 with a recognised com-
parison instrument using 200 patient whole blood specimens, operating within the
instrument normal functioning range:
