8. Installation
8.1 HDD installation
1. Please switch off the recorder and remove the recorder from the mains supply.
2. Unscrew and remove the cover at the bottom side of the housing.
3. Place the HDD on the inside of the cover and screw it from the bottom side.
4. Connect the cables with the HDD and place the cover back on the housing.
5. Screw the cover back to the device.
Important
Please note following information:
•
First start of operation:
- After connecting the HDD and cameras, power up the recorder by connecting the power
supply.
- Set as first the correct date and time ( MAIN MENU
