10. Installation
Proceed as follows when installing the camera.
1. Select a suitable place to mount the camera.
2. Connect the video cable (recommended cable type: RG59) with the BNC video
output of the camera and the device directly connected to the camera. The
maximum cable length must not exceed 150m.
3. Connect a 12V DC power supply to the screw terminal of the camera (4).
4. Hold the camera at the location where you want to mount it. Check the
orientation and angle of the camera.
5. Select the required settings in the camera’s programming menu.
6.
Set the required zoom range.
7. Fasten the camera. Make sure that the camera when outdoors has sufficient
protection (e.g., heated, weatherproof housing).
