Tank Not Hold-
ing Water***

No Pressure in Tank

Check pressure in tank, min. pressure
4psi, max. pressure 10psi,

with tank

empty.

Defective Check Valve

Replace check valve

*

Water output will decrease as the tank empties and will only be a quick drip or slow

stream when the tank is empty. This is normal.

**

Water will run down the drain whenever the system is

fi

lling the tank. How long it

runs depends on water pressure,

fi

lter and membrane condition, membrane size,

system con

fi

guration, and amount of water taken from the tank. Average times for

re

fi

lling the tank range from 30-45 minutes for a couple glasses of water up to 4-5

hours to completely

fi

ll the tank.

***

The standard tank will hold a maximum of about 3.2 gallons of water, the up-

grade tank will hold about a maximum of about 10.3 gallons of water. Actual storage
capacity may be less depending on system con

fi

guration and water pressure.

Troubleshooting

Note: To remove tubing from quick connect

fi

ttings, hold in on the small col-

let ring at the end of the

fi

tting, push this ring in towards the

fi

tting while

gently pulling out on the tubing. This releases the tubing from the

fi

tting and

it will slide out easily
