Lacquer cycle for <PU-RIM> without primer coating
Before painting check the fitting of the piece on the car. For pieces without primer coating.
1. Grind the fender widenings with grinding paper P400
2. Cover the adhesive surfaces with adhesive tape
3. Clean it with scotch brite and Glasurit 541-30/1
4. Put on 1-coat primer Glasurit 934-0
5. After 10-15 minutes put on 2-3 coats of primary colour
6. Dry the piece for 10 hours at 20°C
7. Grind it with grinding paper P500-P600
8. Clean it with Glasurit 700-1
9. Apply 2 coats of paint
10. Dry the varnished piece for 10-15 minutes at approximately 20°C
11. Apply 2 coats of transparent paint
12. Dry it at approximately 50 minutes at max. 35°C
