Installation and Operation Guide
7 easy steps to complete installation of product!
1)
Insert standoffs for the inside of the base acrylic plate (the one with only 4 holes).
2)
Fasten the female side of the standoff with the bottom frame with screws.
3)
Place PCB over the standoff male side and tighten the standoffs with the
longer female standoffs.
4)
Slide in the side acrylic plates, the two holes will face towards the two push buttons.
5)
Remove the protective tape of the heatsink and place it over the black IC
in between the potentiometers and display.
6)
Place the top acrylic plate, it should slide in. Make sure the holes are oriented
Over the potentiometer and the slits over the terminal blocks.
7)
Fasten the top plate with the screws.
To operate the device connect your power supply on the left side. Top (+), Bottom (-)
Assuming you’re holding the device with the push buttons oriented towards you.
By factory Default the system is pre-calibrated for 17v, simply turn the potentiometers
Counter clockwise 10 times. The left Potentiometer is to control the voltage, the right
Is to limit the current.
The output right top is (+) and bottom (-).
To control the display, the left push bottom turns on/off the display, the right first click
will light the left in led to display the input voltage on the display. The second click will light
the out led to display the output voltage, the third for current draw, the fourth for wattage and
the fifth for cycling through all modes. You can charge using the USB port however please make
sure you set the voltage to 5v.
