If mounted on a very high mast, the antenna should be tilted to cover the
receiving field of the Cameraman / Transmitter. This is an advantage as it can
guarantee line of sight. If the antenna is mounted at ground level then
obstacles between the antenna and the Cameraman attenuate the signal
strength.
This is important for the installation of both Omni and Sector
antennas.
Option 1:
The antenna is high on a mast but not in direct line of sight with the
cameraman
The result: signal is weak at the ground level, not reaching the cameraman
and no transmission will be possible.
