Unpacking your kettle

 

 
 
 
 

 

Before you use your kettle 

 

1. Remove all the packaging and ensure none has been left inside. 

 

 

2. Check the kettle

 

after unpacking for any visual damage such as: 

 

●  Misaligned or damaged cabinet parts 
●  Damage to the base assembly 
●  Damage to the plug or cable 
●  If you can see any damage 

do not use the kettle 

 

3. Check that the filter is located correctly below the spout, to ensure it hasn’t become 
loose during transit or storage. 

 

This kettle must be put on a stable horizontal surface, away from walls and cabinets.  

 

The kettle must be placed away from high temperatures and steam.  

 

Do not install the kettle over, on, or near a cooker or other heat producing appliance, or 
in a heated oven. 

 

To prevent damage to the heating element, do not operate without water.
