Montage-Tipps:
Das Einhängen der Federn benötigt einige Kraft,
wenn Sie das notwendige Werkzeug nicht besitzen.
Schrauben Sie die montierte Federkralle in Richtung
Tremoloblock ein Stück heraus. So lassen sich die
Federn leichter einsetzen. Hängen sie die Feder mit
Ihrem Haken zunächst in die Federbohrungen des
Tremoloblocks ein. Die Bohrungen sind leicht schräg
gesetzt, um ein Herausfallen der Federn im Spiel-
betrieb zu verhindern. So werden die Federn ent-
sprechend auch schräg eingeführt. Dann hängen Sie
das andere Ende der Feder mit der Rund-Oese in den
Kamm der Federkralle.
Wir empfehlen die äußeren Federn gefächert zu
montieren, um das Tremolo seitlich zu stabilisieren.
Am Block auf Loch 1 & 5, und auf der Kralle auf Loch
2 & 4. Die mittlere Feder (ggfs.) auf jeweils Position
3 montieren (von der hohen E-Saite aus gezählt).
Für einen Saitensatz von .010 -.046 benötigen Sie 2
bis 3 Federn für eine schwebende Montage. Je
weniger Federn benutzt werden, um so stärker
werden sie im Betrieb vorgespannt. Ton & Spiel-
gefühl unterscheiden sich beim Einsatz von 2 bzw. 3
Federn deutlich. Probieren Sie den Unterschied!
Sollten Sie starke Saiten benutzen oder das Tremolo
aufliegend montieren, werden Sie bis zu 5 Federn
einsetzen. Der Klangcharakter verändert sich bei
einem aufliegenden System in Richtung einer fest im
Holz montierten Brücke. Es geht dann etwas vom
typischen „Twang“ verloren. So empfehlen wir die
„schwebende“ Montage. So können Sie bequem um
den Ton herum oder auch nach oben tremolieren.
Gitarristinnen & Gitarrenspieler legen beim Spielen
gern die Hand auf der Brücke ab. Damit sich das
Tremolo dabei nicht bewegt, sind im Markt erprobte
Hilfsmittel erhältlich (z.B. die Rockinger Back Box).
Gegebenfalls müssen Sie den Federzug über die ver-
stellbare Federkralle mehrmals anpassen, um das
Tremolo in die Balance zu bringen. Verwenden Sie
später einen Saitensatz anderer Stärke, muss die
Federspannung entsprechend angepasst werden.

If you do not have the necessary tool t
the springs requires some force.
Please unscrew the assembled spring claw a bit in
direction of the tremolo block. This makes it easier to
insert the springs. First please hang the spring with
its hook into the tremolo block spring bores. The block
bores are set slightly slanting to prevent falling out of
the springs while using the tremolo. So the springs
are introduced obliquely accordingly. Then please
hang the other end of the spring with it´s round eyelet
into the crest of the feather claw.
We recommend to mount the outer springs fanned in
order to laterally stabilize the tremolo. On the block
on hole 1 & 5, and on the claw on hole 2 & 4. Mount
the middle spring (if necessary) on position 3
(counted from the high E-string).
For a string set of .010-.046 you need 2 to 3 springs for
a floating tremolo mounting. The fewer springs are
used, the stronger they are biased during operation.
Sound and playing feeling differ significantly when
using 2 or 3 springs. Feel free to try the difference!
If you use strong strings or mount the tremolo on top,
you will use up to 5 springs. The sound character of an
floating system changes towards a fixed hardtail
bridge. Something of the typical "Twang" get lost. So
we recommend the "floating" assembly. So you can
comfortably use the tremolo for playing around the
basic tone with up-bends too.
Guitarists like to rest their hand on the bridge while
guitar playing. So that the tremolo does not move,
you find proven tools in the market (for example the
Rockinger Back Box).
If necessary, you may have to adjust the spring
tension several times over with the adjustable spring
claw to balance the tremolo perfectly.
If you later use a set of strings of a different thick-
ness, please adjust the spring tension again.
The further procedure for adjusting the string height
and intonation belongs to the standard knowledge of
the guitarist. The internet provides a lot of
instructions.
