Attach left pedal tube (8) to run disc (66), secure using one flat washer (22), spring
washer (11), allen screw (14) and decorative cover (16).
Slide left bottom handlebar tube (26) into left pedal tube (8). Line up the holes and
insert the sleeve (15). Then secure with 2 sets flat washer (10) and 2 sets nylon nut
(18). Attach a decorative cover (29L) and a decorative cover (29R) to the left pedal
tube (8), and secure with 3 self tapping screws (31). Note that 1 of the self tapping
screws (31) is pre-assembled on the left pedal tube (8) and the other 2 self tapping
screws (31) are pre-assembled on right decorative cover (29R). Repeat for right
pedal tube (51).
