USING THE COMPUTER
The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it receives an input from the speed sensor.
The system turns off after 4 minutes of inactivity.
Display
Description
Mode:
Press this button to select any function you wish to have as target for
your workout.
Set
Press in order to start or stop any workout.
Reset
:
Press to reset computer to main menu.
Function
Description
Time(TMR)
Time elapsed or time remaining of your workout (00:00-99:59).
Speed (SPD)
Current speed during your workout (0 ~ 99,9KM/H).
Distance (DST) Estimated distance traveled during your workout (0 ~ 99,9KM).
Calories (CAL) Estimated calories burned during your workout (0Cal ~9999Cal).
RPM
Number of pedal strokes per minute.
Scan
The computer will automatic display of the following functions in this
order: TIME-SPEED-DISTANCE- CALORIES
How to preset TIME, DISTANCE, PULSE and CALORIES:
•
Press the MODE until the function you prefer as your target is flashing.
•
Press the MODE once more, and the display stops flashing.
•
Choose the value you want as our exercise goal by pressing SET.
•
Start pedaling to start your workout.
•
If data is not preset, any function data will count up.
