Step 3: Assemble the Handlebar Post
Refer to the following figure, loosen the L-Shaped Handle (23) and
slide the Handlebar Post (4) into
the housing on the Main Frame (1). Install and tighten L-Shaped Handle (23) to secure the
Handlebar Post.
Step 4: Assemble the Handlebar
Refer to the following figure, attach the Handlebar (5) to the Handlebar Post (4) and tighten it
with the ratcheting Quick Handle (75) and Flat Washer (74).
