Proper use
Torch neck of the required size and geometry complete the welding torch system ROBO WH W.
Consumables and optional parts depending on the weld job have to be ordered separately. For
ordering information and identification numbers please consult the latest ordering catalogue.
NOTE! This product is not designed for use with high voltage wire touch sense. A shock hazard may
exist if used in this application! Please consult factory for products suitable for high voltage wire
sense applications.
Mainten-
ance
The maintenance can be carried out by the operator himself following all safety
instructions and provided that he has been trained to do so. For this purpose the torch has
to be cleaned regularly and there is a heavy build-up of spatter during every break in the
welding process.
Clean interface and apply light coating of silicon-free grease to O-rings. Check
parts subject to wear for visible signs of damage and replace if necessary. Use a BINZEL multi-
purpose wrench to secure or remove contact tip / neckliner. DO NOT USE PLIERS!
Transport
The manufacturer has no influence on transportation and handling of the torch after it has left its
works. Prior to initial operation the torch has to be checked on the alignment jig and aligned, if
necessary.

Verwendung
Brennerhälse in bevorzugter Baugröße und Geometrie komplettieren das Schweißbrenner-
System ROBO WH W. Ausrüst- und Verschleißteile, die von Ihren Schweißaufgaben abhängig
sind, müssen separat bestellt werden. Bestelldaten und Identnummern entnehmen Sie bitte den
aktuellen Bestellunterlagen. Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise der Betriebsanleitung.
HINWEIS ! Dieses Produkt ist nicht für die Vermessung durch Drahtabtastung mit Hochspannung
bestimmt! Eine Schlaggefahr klann bestehen, wenn es in dieser Anwendung verwendet wird. Bitte
fragen Sie den Hersteller nach Produkten, die für Drahtabtastungs Anwendungen mit
Hochspannung geeignet sind.
Wartung
Die Wartung kann vom Bediener, soweit dieser dazu ausgebildet ist, unter Beachtung aller
Sicherheitshinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung selbst durchgeführt werden. Dazu ist der Brenner
regelmäßig, bei starker Spritzerbildung in jeder Schweißpause, zu reinigen. Trennstelle säubern
und O-Ringe mit silikonfreiem Dichtfett leicht einfetten. Verschleißteile auf sichtbare Schäden
überprüfen bzw. austauschen. Stromdüse/Drahtführung mit Mehrfachschlüssel ein-/
ausschrauben. KEINE ZANGE VERWENDEN!
