7.3 Replacing the torch neck

Remove gas nozzle.

Remove welding spatter and spray gas nozzle with
ABICOR BINZEL
anti-spatter agent.

Check wear parts for visible damage and replace them, if required.

Replace neck liner or wire guide when worn or soiled.

Clean the separating point and grease O-rings with silicone-free sealing grease.
8 Disposal
NOTICE
• Make sure that no residual coolant enters the wire conduit!
• When unscrewing the torch neck, always keep the torch handle pointing downwards.
This prevents residual coolant from seeping into the gas and wire guides.
NOTICE
• Grease the O-rings with silicone-free lubricant (192.0078). This makes it easier to insert
the torch neck and extends the service life of the O-rings.
NOTICE
• Do not dispose of the device with household waste.
• For disposal, observe the local regulations, laws, provisions, standards and guidelines.
