1 Identification
The MIG/MAG welding torch
ABIROB
®
350GC is used in industry and in
the trade for inert gas welding using inert gases (MIG) or active gases (MAG).
It can be used in all welding positions and is available in air-cooled models. To
attach it to the robot, the iBracket torch seat is required. These operating
instructions only describe the MIG/MAG welding torch. The
ABIROB
®
350GC may only be operated using original
ABICOR BINZEL
spare parts.
1.1 CE marking
This device fulfils the requirements of the relevant EU directives.
1.2 Responsibilities of the User
Within the EEA (European Economic Area) the current version of the national
implementation of the Framework Directive (89/391/EEC) and the related
individual directives and, of these, especially Directive (89/655/EEC)
concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work
equipment by workers at work must be adhered to. In Germany, the Job
Protection Law and the Company Safety Ordinance must be heeded. In
addition, the operator must ensure that the welding torch in connection with
welding units comply with the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU) and that the
signal utilization of the integrated welding current monitoring against stray
currents is installed properly.
Conformity is confirmed by the CE marking on the device.
